The project consisted of the Tower building and the Podium building, with external landscape works.
The Tower consists of 50 floors above the ground floor, and the building has a structural steel facade extending up to 20 meters in height from the topmost floor. The tower is 220 meters tall and consists of 40 floors.
Khabari International supplied the complete lighting for the internal technical lighting, chandeliers, external lighting & façade lighting.
